Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop customized solutions to meet clients’ needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Prior experience in the company secretary firm or accounting firm is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin is advantageous.
