The Basic Requirements for Company Incorporation in Singapore:
- Choose a Company Name: Select a unique and appropriate name for your company, ensuring it complies with the regulations set by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
- At Least 1 Local Resident Director: Appoint at least one director who is a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or holder of an Employment Pass.
